Gene & Sons is looking for an Automotive Mechanic/ Tow Driver to join our team!

Full-Time Auto Mechanic / Tow Driver
Responsibilities:

  • Repair automobiles, trucks, buses, and other motor vehicles
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance
  • Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer
  • Keep detailed records of repairs completed
  • Perform basic repairs Tow Driver
  • Communicating with dispatcher
  • Driving to the scene of an accident or breakdown
  • Attaching the disabled vehicle to the tow truck
  • Transporting it back to repair shop

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment and mechanical systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to learn to drive tow vehicle.
